Includes 2 each bench hinges that mount onto the end of the removable bench seat for Bowflex Power Pro series including XTL models, the hinges will also fit a Bowflex Ultimate 1 model although the hardware may not work for that model, these hinges interlock with the seat hinges when in use and the bench can be lifted up and removed from the seat as needed.
