Got this Elefor vibration plate for sale. It's a solid piece of gear for home workouts, comes with the remote and the resistance bands too. Everything looks to be in good shape, just dont use it as much as I thought I would. Great for getting some extra movement in while watching tv or whatever. manual is included so you can figure out the different settings pretty easy.
