The Original BowFlex Rod Rejuvenator was difficult to snap the rods in & out, requires both hands to operate, and can easily be misplaced if fully removed. The Power Rod Saver 410 Pro is designed to fit Bowflex systems with 410lbs of resistance (14 rods) but can also be installed on 310lb (12 rod) systems if upgrades are in your future.
