I've tried many varieties of wrist and hand weights and by far these are the most comfortable and best fitting pair I've seen, particularly if you want that nice solid heavy 4.5 pounds each weight. What I really love is the flexible wrist area that permits movement of the hand in every direction. These show no signs of wear or use, or if there are signs, they are basically undetectable.
