Vest has velcro pockets on the interior to fit weights. Vest is currently stuffed with two different types of weights to bring it up to 3.5lbs of weight, with an extra 1.5lbs of bags to go with it. Weighted bags can be removed to make the vest less heavy if desired. Outer material is a back denim, interior is blue fuzzy material, sides have black elastic, and there is a working zipper in the front. From a smoke free home. Fits kids size 2T to 5T.
