This vibration plate is almost like new. Only have used it around 15 times. Unfortunately, I have a heart condition that won’t allow me to use it anymore. This plate is so great, though. After using, you feel so relaxed. I bought it for muscle strengthening and toning and bone density building. I really miss using it.
