New sealed in original packaging. Some blemishes and imperfections in shrink. One small tear. This is an extremely old doll and package is not perfect. See photos. Rare and #675 of 999 made. Very nice addition to any collection. This is the red, bloody version of Sinister Minister & Bad Habit. Super cool
