Design: Unique dual-function design combining a standard dumbbell with a hand/forearm spring expander. Each dumbbell consists of two solid cast iron halves connected by 3 steel tension springs. Manufacturer: Produced in the USSR by the famous Kirov Factory "Fizpribor" (Кировский завод «Физприбор»), which was part of the "Glavuchtekhprom" association.
