Includes both handles shown in the photos. Dumbbells weigh approximately 9.15lbs each (according to my postal scale). Dumbbells measure approximately 14.25" long overall. Loadable sleeves measure 3.625". Sleeves rotate smoothly. Dumbbells are pre-owned and are not perfect cosmetically (see pictures).
