Soloflex leg extension attachment with 6 foam pads. Note that this was missing 2 of the 6 pads, so 2 are used but very good condition. Does not include attachment pin (flube pin) to bench. Ships partially disassembled into 2 main parts. Assembly points and hardware will be marked "A" and "B". Align 2 pcs, insert bushing hinge pin and snap retainer in place with screwdriver. Comes from an owner that had 2 soloflexes but never fully used all attachments.
