U2 Propaganda Magazine Issue No. 23. Autumn/Winter 1995. U2 Fan Club Magazine. I have owned this magazine from new and it is in good condition. I would have listed it as very good, but there are some creases and minor scuffs on a corner and edges of the the back cover (see photos) Thanks for looking.
