An early 1930s authentic, this globe cast iron dumbbell, defined by its spherical, ball-shaped heads, was a fixture of mid-century Strongman & vintage home gym equipment; piece part of my grandfather’s teenage weightlifting collection (circa 1933). Dumbbell’s set to make the coolest addition to any cast iron or antique weightlighting collection, as it’s just a few years shy of being 100 years old! 6” length/ 3lbs (stamped on head). — NOTES: Dumbbell is used; wear congruent with heavy use & vintage (almost antique) age!
