Pair of steel free-weight attachment rods. Slide rod into inside of barbell (curl) arm attachment. Secure weight with standard 1" barbell clips (not included). Same OD and length as Soloflex: 1" OD x 15". Your Soloflex was designed to be able to use weight plates!
